I cannot believe Netflix still hasn't put the other season/series of Merli on and is putting the spin off on. If the viewers didn't watch the others seasons of Merli on other platform then they will be lost on what happened
I think Merli and Merli Sapere Aude were made by different Spanish networks so Netflix may have different deals with each.
You can watch the second and third seasons of Merli (with English subtitles) on Dailymotion. Just do a Google or Bing search; the videos should come up in the results.

Unfortunately I just got to episode 7 and the subtitles aren’t even for the show. Probably some crime drama because there was talk of murder. I asked the person who posted the series to look for an accurate episode 7. I’m really hoping they can find one because I’ve only got two episodes to go and I really want to know what happens.
I’m happy to post the first six episodes if you’d like? Two things about the copies I have though. Number one, they are dubbed, so it’s not the actors voices we’re hearing. Though Pol’s voice is very close to Cuevas’. The other really minor thing is the subtitles are sometimes too literal. Meaning mother fucker is translated to the mother who bore me etc,. Tenses are also off so her and she becomes him and he and occasionally a word is just completely wrong, but honestly I understood everything that was written. Just wanted to give you a heads up but I’m still hooked and all the emotional scenes still got me.
He doesn't speak fluent english though, so his options would be very limited. Besides, he's already well-known in spanish speaking countries. Merlí was huge in Latin America too.
There have been plenty of actors who transitioned before they were fluent but I agree it would definitely make it harder and from the interview I posted, it sounds like it would have to be something very special because he is not seeking fame. Which makes him even hotter lol.
Just finished the limited series, Someone has to die that he’s in and it was good. Stark contrast from Merli’. If I hadn’t fallen for him in Merli’ I wouldn’t have thought much about his looks in Someone. The 1950’s hair and no beard and he’s a different looking guy. I also think he added some size to play Pol (especially season two) and for me it filled out his face in a great way making him so much hotter. Anyways it’s only three episodes and a good watch.
Merli is a really good show. But I hate how pol was with bruno when he went to university/ college
