Agreed. That was a classic example of when it's best to say and do nothing. Or simply do what a lot of people do on Yelp and similar sites when they get bad reviews: write something succinct and polite that calls attention to the other positive reviews without attacking the reviewer. And the "yeah" vs "yea" argumentation was baffling. There is no effective difference other than one is more formal than the other. I also hate it when guys (like m4m masseurs!) who rely on an older clientele will resort to using "bitter old queen" as an attack line. It's ageist and petty. Try harder to be more original. And to leave being old out of it.
