Casper doesn't post dick pics. I talked to him regularly a few years ago and for all the shit ppl give him he is actually cool to talk with if he realizes you aren't trying to get something out of him. We talked a lot about Pokémon and video games. From everything he said I don't think he posts outright dick pics bc he has phimosis and he doesn't like that about himself but there really aren't many options aside from years of stretching and steroidal creams or circumcision, and he is STAUNCHLY against getting a circumcision for any reason.
