Patrick Dempsey is one of the best examples of this in the movie Some Girls(1988)
On the dvd and blu-ray the movie is framed for 1:85:1, and when he sits on the bed,
you can not see below his waist.
However, on the old vhs ratio 4:3 you can see his cock perfectly.
Such a shame the movie never got a 4:3 dvd release because of course the quality would be so much better.

Another example is Richard Tyson in Two Moon Junction.

Anyone remember the "Eating Out" series of films from the early 2000s?
Eating Out
Most of the main characters acted out in the nude, which are shown in the independent film festivals but, sadly, despite the creator and director Brocka Jr's reasonings and the R-18 rating, the nude scenes were cut out or edited when shown on public/commercial cinemas. You can still view uncut versions through Torrent or DVDs.
