Volume and distance diminish over time. That's a normal part of aging. But, I don't think it is important. I have found the quality of the orgasm is more important. After doing Kegel exercises I've most certainly noticed that my orgasms were way stronger and more pleasurable.

On the prostate, it would seem strange as the prostate is one of the glands that contributes liquid to our cum but, I think the cells that increase the size aren't productive ones and perhaps it also becomes stiffer to doesn't contract as fully.
