How is it tarnishing his work? He keeps the same set of actors and often recycled them amongst projects. When he announces a new project you just know Ryan will often have the same people in the roles. He does keep using the same gay men. This isn’t shocking or a personal attack. I just think he has an image and he sticks to it.
