TOTAL TOTAL SCAM ARTIST. So, I went for the $49 package that said “NUDE AFTER SHOWER ALERT!! Decided on heading to the hot tub and pool tonight; Didn't put anything on after coming out the the shower, just going nude and letting it all hang out, risking it ALL”. Got 7 “nude” pictures where he’s holding an inflatable pool toy in front of his body so you actually end up seeing even less than you see on his IG page. Unsubscribed to everything.

I just found this site and I'm glad to finally get my confirmation on Charlie Puglisi. I subscribed to his OF after his pricing went down. I decided to pay $15 for a photo. It was literally a super dark photo of him wearing some black calvins. You can see more on his TikTok and IG. It was my fault for paying money. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. I really want to see him naked but he is nothing more than a scam artist.
Again, not much out there to see. If you follow him on tiktok you’re about as far as it gets
Holy crap, going through this thread is crazy… I’ve been following this guy on IG for a long time and never once thought to check if he had an OF page until I just now noticed him promoting it in a story (which I very rarely check). He just didn’t seem like the type who would do something like that and boy was I right!
So he’s basically been scamming people left and right selling regular pics for exorbitant amounts of money? Does OF have not have regulations or safeguards at all? Is it just the Wild West?! I thought they required specific disclaimers if anything you post is explicit in nature. Does that not apply to these back alley sales that go above and beyond the subscription price? If so why is anyone buying those? It seems like a sure fire way to get scammed. Also at some of the prices people are quoting you can hire yourself an actual escort (where it’s legal). Like, I am—!????

You guys, report this stuff to OF and to your bank/paypal whatever u use to pay. A few chargebacks and OF will pull his account down quickly. Take action about these freaking scammer trash box hoes.
I just did this for Charlie lol he shared something via DM and the description started with "BARE ASS" and went on to imply that his dick was partially in view as well so I purchased it and it was 2 photos from his lower back to just above his knees and he was wearing these baggy dark briefs lmao I reported it and was refunded thankfully.
Keep turning him in. Maybe if you do he’ll get desperate for money and actually show something ha ha ha
