Chile, Uruguay, Argentina open showers

Are there any good gyms/pools in Chile, Uruguay, Argentina with open/communal showers?

I went to Club BPS in Montevideo and it had communal showers, it was great, you must shower naked before and after the pool, it’s a rule of the place
