Silas is his friend/photographer who also shoots the models for the Men of Nirvana issues. He probably filmed this video because it’s the same place/set up they shot one of the issues for MON while they were in Barcelona. Brady was also there at the time, so there’s a slim chance he could’ve tho, but usually it’s Silas who films his video.
