Looking at the screenshots it seems the show was filmed in film and not digitally, so they could absolutely do that. The problem is: IS NOT A VERY FAMOUS TV SHOW. EXCEPT FOR US, NOT A LOT OF PEOPLE WOULD BE THAT INTERESTED ON THE REMASTERIZATION. SO THEY WOULDN'T SPEND MONEY ON THAT
