I would say masturbating is better being cut. Much "hotter" and you feel more. Popping over the head is something that you never got to experience unless you "held it back" or did a trick using that clear Tegaderm medical tape to mock up a fake circ.....
I'd say its different in the same way apples and oranges are different. Orgasms seem to be more intense because it takes longer, making the orgasm more intense. With foreskin, doing it "hands free" was just not good for me and the orgasms were weak, and more topically sensitive. Being cut, I feel the orgasms a lot deeper in my stomach and more satisfying that way. Sometimes I would have such weak orgasms being uncut that it was extremely dissatisfying and disappointing.
From my own years of research, it seems that those people that say they notice no difference in sensitivity are those that have had medical conditions that made sex painful or caused the head never got exposed during sex. So of course cut sex was way better in comparison. Since I never had painful or "forced closed" sex, I got to experience the best it could be (for me) before and after. If you're going "short" on the foreskin, you're really going to be missing out. If you're uncut give this a try: Masturbate with the foreskin pulled back and go the whole length but stop before the head and never give it stimulation. Pretty good. You'll be losing a lot of that when you cut it off... That being said, I would stay cut, given a second chance, but I would try to keep more of the foreskin 2nd time around.
I've decided that the head isnt actually the biggest source of stimulation actually, its the exposed foreskin. So having the forsekin pulled back was always the best way to fuck. There's definitely a loss of sensation in that regard since there is much less foreskin. In fact, when I see some pornos that show the guy, pretty sure cut as an adult, and has TONS of foreskin but its all pulled back tight because of the circ, THOSE are the dicks I get envious of because I KNOW how amazing sex must be for them.
Foreskin is great and all, but the problem is that on each stroke that you pull out, not only does the head get covered back up, but the foreskin crumples back up and/or gets completely covered, so the "out" stroke doesnt feel anything. Like doing it with a glove on. Even if your head was big enough to keep the foreskin held back, I'd say it still wouldnt be as good as if it was pulled back and stretched at least semi-tight since you'd feel EVERYTHING that whole way, going in AND out.
As far as cut styles go, the only problem with those guys that would want to do a cut from the base of the dick (Korean style?) is that if they ever had a problem with their rigid band (due to diabetes, etc), they would be fucked since it would probably pinch their dick in half lol (maybe not, but it wouldnt be allowed to close all the way) or choke it out, cutting circulation off from it.
Oh I forgot to mention, I love getting head a lot more as cut than uncut. Uncut didnt feel hot/sexy in the least and it didnt feel conducive to orgasm. It was either not enough stimulation, or too much, and the mood kill would be enough for me to just call the whole thing off and go do something else. Visually it looks better, mentally it is better, and the stimulation pace and consistency leads to much better orgasms.
Again, I would recommend doing it if you could make sure your doctor would give you the cut you want (I recommend semi-tight to tight, leaving as much foreskin as possible) so you dont wake up looking at your dick thinking "welp, there goes my sex life".
I was cut as a kid and have very little foreskin left I can't really feel much but restoring has helped a bit

Try a trumpet mouthpiece. Put head in then bell end, stretch loose skin over bel end and use surgical tape to hole in place. You can wear all day, pee through it , attach weights if you like Just don’t wear it at airport security hah
