Most of the so called fitness models on TikTok and Instagram are young guys in their early 20s to late 20s. When you’re that age, you can eat like a horse and do bare minimum of weight lifting and you’ll have a killer ripped body. That is youth privilege!

Tell me when they are in their late 40s, 50s and 60s and still have a fit body. At that age, you really need to commit to a specific diet, lifestyle and training program to stay fit.
