use ADguard and uBlocker as Chrome extensions, you should have no problem after that, they will download as ZIP files, use Windows Security built in to scan the zip file if you are concern about virus and then use 7zip(Google 7zip- free program to open zip files).
This is awful advice. Adguard and uBlock Origin are ad blockers only. 7zip is simply a compression tool it doesn't prevent viruses/malware...
