I didn't notice it has been so long, but in the beguining of the company they were very strict on their actors regarding that they couldn't say they were gay. When Devon Hunter had his scenes there in 2009, they wouldn't let him say he was gay or a choreographer (because it was "too gay"), because "straight guys sell better". I don't know of anyone else whistleblowing them afterwards so we don't know curently how their conditions are, but the majority of their actors still won't claim to be gay or bi during interviews or company twitter accounts.
Regarding the no-dating policy, this was corbin fisher, I messed them up.

Yup.
You can tell they cared about each other but IMO, they were too young and Clark's current career path ensured doom for their relationship.
