They’re natural enough. Only one ball is large lol but I’d much rather a guy have big nuts because of a hydrocele as opposed to someone who pumps them.A hydrocele isn’t a good condition to have, it’s not something I would actively want. It’s not harmful or painful, but what’s the fun in having big nuts if they aren’t natural or make you shoot a bunch of cum? Haha.
Without his hydrocele, his nuts are slightly above average though, not really all that big unlike mine, big af and all natural. The only disappointing part is you see a guy like him with huge nuts and expect huge cumshots to go with and sadly you don’t get them because they aren’t natural big balls. But Cliff is content enough with his balls so good for him
