At my heaviest, I would wear a 54mm-56mm, depending on the style. Now that I’ve lost 60 pounds, I prefer to wear 50mm-52mm. The bigger rings still fit, they just don’t make me as rock hard as the smaller sizes.

I wasn’t sure if this was because I’ve lost weight or it was just me getting more comfortable with metal rings lol.
