YEP- Most foreskin pulls back when erect, unless it's too tight.

Pulls back to differing degrees too. Some it pulls right back so when erect it looks the same as if circumcised, some have a bit more slack, some cover the head but easily retracts the full way, some it overhangs even when erect, and some it's too tight and won't retract at all.
