Colin ford

He's been cast in a show produced by Ryan Murphy which would've been exciting until you find out it's about Jeffrey Dahmer, which, yikes.

A snippet from Deadline:
Known as the Milwaukee Cannibal or the Milwaukee Monster, Dahmer murdered and dismembered 17 men and boys from 1978-1991, many of them persons of color and some underage. Most of the murders also involved necrophilia, cannibalism and the preservation of body parts. Convicted of 16 murders, he was beaten to death by another inmate in 1994, two years into his sentence. He was 34.

I'm guessing Colin will end up playing a 'underage' victim.

Just looking at the press release for the series, and this comes up: "The series also is expected to touch on white privilege, as Dahmer, a clean-cut, good-looking white guy, was repeatedly given a free pass by cops as well as by judges who were lenient when he had been charged with petty crimes."

Colin is playing a guy named "Chazz". I don't know enough about Dahmer, but I'm assuming this is a fictitious character. It could be that Dahmer was aided by certain people, and perhaps Colin's character could be one of them. Or he's just a victim.

Either way, I don't really care about the show as I'm not into true crime stuff, but I hope we get some skin in a way that's not bleak.
