In my experience, when you're selling your used undies online for cash, after being previously unable to raise even modest bail from family and friends, chances are very good you've burned alot of those bridges previously with your repetitively idiotic, drama-filled, self-destructive behavior!

And we're not talking about someone who has a disability or handicap, but a grown man who is very capable of working and taking care of himself.
