On teen wolf they almost never gave his character longer monologues/dialogue, toward the end when he was that new creature he hardly ever spoke. This season on Arrow he has had a few more times to speak at a longer length with some emotions and when he does occasionally there is a little bit of what some might call stereotypical gayness to what he sounds like, which is not at all a bad thing.
