Which I would've believed but he sent "cease and desist" letters to people putting those twink pictures up so...I say that is a form of denial. I never actually thought of his sexuality until now tbh lol

I blame that on his management, not himself. Whether he's 'out' or not, Colton has always been openly pro-LGBT. As seen at those links, he has gay family who he is obviously very find of, so I doubt he would want to appear as anti-gay in any way. No, I think it was an agent trying to play it down when his TV career was taking off, on the old-school assumption that 'gay' is undesirable to the general public, as well as make him look like a serious thespian instead of a silly naked teen. Many of the other things he has written online lately can be read as him coming out from under a stricter regime and feeling freer to do as he wants.

It was a fairly open secret anyway. He's got serious issues with anxiety, so he just needed to do things in his own way and in his own time..... the way it should be for everyone.

Agreed. I always thought he was one of those who just had decided he didn't need to come out - that those who mattered knew already and the rest could figure it out for themselves, and in the meantime he would just get on with his life and not lie but not make a big announcement either.

I mean, he always posted so much stuff online that read as completely gay without saying it out loud, that he couldn't possibly have not known how it would look. Pictures of himself in drag, riding a rainbow unicorn, obscure quotes about living his truth and a new beginning and so on. There were so many hints that they had to add up to an anvil eventually. So I just figured that was his coming out and that was all we'd ever get.

Obviously I'm thrilled to have official confirmation, not that he owes us anything, and now I want to see him making out with boys again like back in the day.

when I first saw him from interviews on teen wolf and posts back then, I assumed he was straight. Once he left the show and started posting more "obscure" things then I was like oh wait, hes prob gay, and that turned out to be right. More power too him for feeling comfortable in coming out.

Still doesn't change anything about him though, he iss still hot and he is still a great actor.

He was recently at the White House Correspondents Dinner with "a friend" and his friend/date happened to be Dustin Lance Black (Director, Writer, Screenwriter and Producer) who IS gay, and is a LGBT activist.

Not just gay but married to, or engaged to, Tom Daley. I would have thought that Lance and Tom would have been together at this time too? Maybe this was just before Tom came out?
