Please tell me what is different in his face besides these freckles that popped up out of nowhere? His face has looked the same for years he’s simply aging

He’s had something done but I don’t know what. His face looks fuller and not as chiseled as it used to.
It’s sad really. He’s such a beautiful boy and he seems nice but I think he’s insecure. He has to be for getting surgery at such a young age especially when he didn’t need it. I’m sure the tumultuous relationship he’s had with his husband hasn’t helped and isn’t all he though it was going to be- I could have told him that after knowing they married so quickly. And he’s also probably insecure because a lot of guys here are terrible and saying horrible things about him even though he’s still handsome and a nice guy.

Yeah, he does seems like a nice bloke. His current face looks a little fuller/softer and less chiseled, that may be due to aging like you have said. I also think he may also be using facial fillers to pump up his face. He is still a handsome guy though, just a bit too soft looking now aday.
Sad to see so many young attractive men are resorting to plastic sugery and facial fillers at such a young age. I think today’s photoshopped instagram era is putting a lot of pressure on gay men to look perfect, but the thing is, no matter how hot you are, you can’t compete with hot guys in their early 20s when you’re in your 30s, 40s, 50s...
Colton is obviously feeling the pressure to stay beautiful to keep his limelight and his husband, but if his relationship is based on vanity, goodlooks and youth, sooner or later, his husband will trade him in for a younger Colton haynes look-alike. No amount of plastic surgey will make him look like his 20yo self again, it’ll just make him look desperate and gay-faced! He should just embrace aging without any facial fillers/botox because he’ll look hot as fuck being rugged with wrinkles and all. I can’t stand seeing guys feminizing their face with a filler pumped face with overly waxed eyebrows and duck lips.

He hasn’t done anything to his face and that doesn’t take a rocket science. He looks aged and like he’s gained weight. His face is less chiseled because he’s gained weight he’s been going up and down on the weight meter since his mom died earlier this year. I doubt he got anything done at a young age considering he’s been looking like this since before teen wolf now he’s just older and fatter

He’s not gonna look like a 17 yr old skinny twink forever! He looks good and has looked like this for quite sometime it may take surgery for you to look cute but from the looks of it Colton was born this way
