How people perceive identity, sex and masculinity/femininity is way more complicated than being straight, gay or bi presenting. Let us also not pretend as if bottom shaming/embarrassment isn’t still quite common among queer males. Your identities, who you openly have sex with, who you date, who you partner, masculinity/femininity, what you reveal about your sex life or sexual preferences, what you reveal about your dimensions and place in the gender, sexual, romantic, emotion, commitment spectrum- it’s all connected to ego and social politics. And there’s no way of nullifying that connection. As far as Colton, I have no opinion of him or what he presents, or at least I’ve already shared that opinion enough. But whatever type of sex he prefers isn’t my business.
