That and there's a book written talking about running marathon maybe not the healthtiest activity. The body was design to sprite out of danger not run for hours.... everyday... even gazelle don't do that and they run pretty fast... and they're lean

The same could be said about bodybuilding, after 20 pound of muscle added to your whatever natural weight.. it becomes more and more detrimental to your overall health; kidneys are working way too much to process too much protein and etc.
But then again, I'm just a nobody on the internet and those were my 2 cents, what do I know
