When you attach there is a second button that asks if you want to insert full image if you do that that should help

As nice as it was to get a good look at his body up close, stiches weird me out(nothing to do with the stiches themselves, it's just the thought of things piercing through skin) so i literally had to look away when he lifted his shirt to show them, so i didn't even think of screenshotting it
