Is this a publicity shot for his role in a new project? I really can't imagine him doing manual labor as a job in real life.

It looks like a storage space filled with junk, might be helping out someone clean it up or something. It would be weird if he suddenly was working a 9/5
I initially thought maybe it was a movie prop/set dressing warehouse and he was there scouting for oddities or ideas for a next film project or something (as he's into directing). But I also think no self-respecting prop warehouse would have them stored in such disarray - so maybe a storage warehouse/locker filled with junk, yes.

The brother seems better looking than CJ. They're both dressed alike, by chance are they fraternal twins?
They’re not. Connor is older but I’m not sure by how much. The brother is cute too, but I think Connor is the better looking one. It’s relative though
