You would expect them to respond for that amount of money. However if he’s not being ran by an agency, he knows his audience and even if he gets a revolving door of subs, he’s still making bank. And it obviously works or he wouldn’t be doing it. This also shows they don’t give a care in the world for their subs. You’re just money to him. That’s it. To all of them. Greed is evil. Don’t waste your money on him. And give up trying to contact. If he’s using an agency, then he prob didn’t pay the extra fee for chatting. So at least some good news there!

Now wants people to pay him for content not using PayPal which should've been a dead giveaway for me that a scam was likely but I'd bought things from him before. Asked for updates and even offered a partial refund solution but that got me blocked.
