I wouldn't call it a mental breakdown. He did say he has always felt insecure about his body. Also personal opinion but i much prefer his current look
It's a trend I see happening to many men who later in life go for the thug look, but to each their own. If they can't be happy with how they look and feel they don't reach an unachievable standard of perfection, I definitely see shaving their heads and getting covered in tats as a breakdown of sorts.
I don't mind some tats, but being covered from head to toe with some devil worshipping art thrown in draws the line for me. Also don't like his stark thong tan line.
