It seems like Nicholas Alexander Chavez is getting more media attention than Cooper, though I could be wrong. Cooper may just be more low-key.

I'm really seeing the exact opposite. Especially the last 24 hours. With Cooper discussing having received a call from Erik Menendez before the premiere. Publicly expressing his belief in the brothers. Him discussing having seen both of them in jail with Kim Kardashian. He's rapidly became the most interesting actor people want to talk to and about. And he gives a good interview.

I don't know what's going on but in the youtube comments on interviews with Cooper/Nic, a lot of people are kind of unreasonably harsh towards Nicholas. Many suggesting he isn't "nice" and other nonsense. I even saw one post saying there is "rift" between the two. Crazy stuff.

Regardless unless "media attention" translates to acting work, it doesn't really mean much imho. At the end of the day Chavez already has another series locked up, Cooper does not.

Hope Cooper can find new work as well soon enough. The nepo baby allegations don't seem that legit when his filmography and project frequency don't reflect that at all.

He is a nepo baby and there is absolutely nothing working with it either. The implication is that, because of his grandad’s power and connections. He is able to use those connections to get into the room with directors and producers without much effort. It doesn’t mean he will always get the part because he still has to compete with other nepos, but he will always have that advantage.

I think Nicholas is doing a good job of distancing himself from this project and focusing on the future. So I like his response to if he would meet with the brothers. Cooper really doesn’t have anything at the moment, so he’s going all in. But for Nick who doesn’t have a Hollywood connection has to play it a bit differently. His new show Grotesquerie is already on air. So he wants to now focus on that.

People expect entirely too much from actors, they are there to play a role, not be role models or be anyone's friend. What people see on screen and who that actor is in his personal life are two very different things. They don't owe anyone anything, much less a bunch of judgemental, overly-opininated people on youtube or social media who don't know, and likely will never know that actor in real life.

I can tell you from experience most young actors are on a one-track course to be the best at their craft, move forward and continue booking bigger and better roles. Case in point, Nick was just picked up by one of the top agencies this week, meaning we will likely be seeing much more of him in the future.

I haven't seen anything to suggest a rift unless they are making assumptions based on each actor's response to criticism of the show. Nicholas is more careful in his responses, while Cooper seems to support the brothers fully. However, Nicholas is still in the Ryan Murphy universe with his new show.

Nick seemed supportive a few months ago, though it could have been an early promo for the show's quasi-incest vibe.

the way i see it is nicholas was used as eye candy, walking around with a stuffed bulge and screaming occasionally, while cooper got the best, most challenging parts.

the part where lyle talks about the abuse was a highlight during the trial, but in the series it felt like a non event. and 5 minutes later he was on the phone bragging about being a good liar, making it impossible to feel bad for his outcome.

idk if anyone else thinks like this or if I'm just being delusional because i prefer cooper lol
