Haven't subbed in a minute, am I blind or is the only option for downloads now a 2-year subscription for $399.00?

So this does brings downloading to an end after all.
We discussed this shortly ago when a hick-up in the download option was detected.
Maybe they keep the option available for running memberships. If not … that would be harsh!

Someone mentioned a few pages ago that them collabing with SC is a sign that they might be bought out by MindGeek. Speculation, of course.
If they get bought out by MindGeek, RIP to the big three then.

I read that email and it seems like a lot of jibberish trying to avoid the news that downloads are no longer allowed for new subscribers. Did I read that correctly?
Yes, I think you did read that correctly.
I’ve looked around a bit what is the norm at other major studios.
Those run by Aylo (MindGeek), like MEN and SC: totally unclear during the subscription process if you get streaming only or streaming and downloading. You probably have to find out when the subscription process is done.
Those run by Gamma, like ASGmax with Nextdoor and what not, Falconstudios and Chaosmen: monthly options with streaming only and with streaming and downloading (more expensive).
I think it’s sad CF took the more unfriendly path. The option that includes downloading is just fucking too expensive. It’s only there for show and totally unrealistic.
No more memberships for me.

Feel unprofessional! They're not great angles, just not feeling it, you know that's why SC is really going downhill fast.
