Coregasm...

Yeah, it just happens. It's not something I'm thinking about. I'm focused on the exercise, making sure my abs are engaged and my form is right. After some time of working them and the exhaustion kicks in, it happens.
I've been able to do this since I was about 12. Still do about once a week. I have to push my abs to total exhaustion and then it happens. It's both pain and pleasure at the same time, but I consider it my reward for a hard ab workout to failure. Usually do leg raises or holds at 12 inches up for as long as I can.
 

I read about coregasm and decided to try it out on my boss. He is my workout/gym buddy. We go to gym 4 days a week. He's married with 3 kids, I am bi, but he doesn't know that. Needless to say I do like him. I swap his used underwear when he goes to the shower, which he has not noticed.

Today, we did abs and I made sure to do coregasm inducing exercises like lying leg raises + crunches + oblique crunches. At the end of the 3rd set, he whispered to me he needs to go to the washroom because he thinks he had an accident.

I dismissed the thought, and did not really realize what his words meant, but come shower time when i swapped his underwear, there is a glob of semen in it. I was shocked, amazed and got excited. The best feeling and sight ever.
I am posting now because I don't want to forget it.

From now on, all our abs day, will make sure it's coregasm inducing exercises. Please advice which exercises I can incorporate. :rolleyes:
