So we have an "corporate gym". The only real benefit is there are clean locker rooms. It is really more of an unsupervised exercise room.
Does any else make the most of these gyms? It reminds me of an excercise room you would find in a chain/moderate hotel.
There is a large stretching floor area. I was think about yoga or buy a set os stretch/strength bands. But then I would have to develop a routine to use them.
Any suggestions or advice?

This is basically what I've been using for the past 15 years. We're a step up from a hotel weight room, but a big step below an actual fitness center. You just have to learn to make do with what's available, modify exercises to make the most of the equipment. You can do everything with dumbbells that you can do with barbells, for instance.

We have one and it rarely gets used. Its nice if I want a quiet place to focus, but the private locker rooms suck - one room, toilet, shower and sink in a tiny, solo room with no counter space. Makes it difficult to change if you work out in the AM or during lunch.
