I've only been on a few cruises... the first one I think I was the youngest person on board (the average age of the other passengers seemed to be about 80) so on that one no. I was on a RSVP gay cruise once and I felt like I was trapped in a gay bar floating in hell... so on that one no. I was on a lovely voyage on a Mediterranean cruise and I met someone and had a shipboard romance that ended up lasting a few years.
I also once lived in the Caribbean on an island where the cruise ships spent the day and sometimes were the end of the trip and met a few people looking for companionship.

Nope. Never happened for me mainly because I never have been on a cruise ship.....the constant news reports of what goes wrong makes me a little scared.

I was on this Jazz cruise a ways ago where I was the youngest person aboard who wasn't serving food. Ended up fucking the entertainment director on the very last night of the cruise. Damn shame cause we could've been fuckin every night but Jack'd doesn't work when you're out to sea for some reason.

A real cutie tended bar on the aft deck where I was a regular by the pool. She chatted and flirted, bringing drinks to me sunning on a chaise.
