Several years ago there used to be a black shiny strip of tile behind the dividers of the urinals at RIO. I’ve had some luck in the bathroom at Paris casino. It’s set back behind the entrance to the tower on the side wall. Full doors on the stalls but with normal divider walls to play under. First two stalls are set back so you can look along the side of the divider wall.
