I’ve been in Vegas for a week and playing the machines at Flamingo and Paris all week, but never went to the restrooms for anything other than peeing until last night. The peepholes are still in Flamingo and can get some great views of your neighbor. I noticed some subtle activity (I saw two twinks glancing at each other then using the urinals directly next to each other even though the entire row was empty) but there was no opportunity to do anything more than that. Either a janitor was there or groups of loud men came in just as it started to quiet down. I went at around 10:00 in the morning to play some slots and there was a janitor “cleaning” up. I put quotations because he did more walking back and forth than actually cleaning.
I went back at 10:00 last night and someone was still in there “cleaning,” but he stayed one side during the time I was in there. I went back at 11 to play the machines and stayed for a couple of hours. Drinks were flowing through me, so I legitimately had to use the restroom four or five times. The most action was one older guy who was clearly cruising at the urinals. At one point I could clearly see him stroking in my peripheral. I turned his way while I was zipping up and sure enough he was stroking a semi. It became more obvious when he would flush then just stand in front of the sinks looking towards the urinals or walk to the stalls then immediately back to the urinals. Bold because it was pretty busy. Other than that it was a constant flow of loud guys/drunks who just pissed and went back to the casino. A janitor eventually came back and started patrolling.
There was an out of service sign in front of the entrance for the bathrooms near the check in counter at Paris last night/this morning. I had been using the bathrooms down from the bar all week so I don’t know how long it has been out. It was also past 1 AM at this point. The other restroom is more secluded and provides more opportunity for playing considering you cant really see the urinals once you enter and it seems hardly used. There were only a small handful of guys in and out the other night when the casino was pretty busy and absolutely no one last night during the couple of times I had to use it, even though there were still quite a lot of people still in the casino. That is the conclusion of my experience so far. Sorry for the long story.
