I have researched how to get a bigger load and I have tried the methods. I have never used an custom designed volume pill however. I have found that a combination of most of the methods, supplements, techniques and lifetsyle choices is very effective. I (daily) consumed macca, zinc, L-arginine, vitamin E, lecithin, horny goat weed, tribulis terristris, gingko biloba and multivitamins. I also lifted weights regularly and was running a fair bit. I increased my water intake also (mainly from the gym and cardio). I find the results to be absolutely fantastic. When I came, it wasnt just that there was significantly more cum that I was shooting - but also the feeling was intensified hugely. When I was having sex, it was oh so noticeable. Having a pull is having a pull but there was also more load. But seriously I was having orgasms that were unbelievable. Actually just writing this stuff makes me wonder why I stopped taking most of this stuff regularly. It is a pain in the ass taking all those supplements everyday but WOW, was it worth it. People, i urge you to try this. These supplements are not harmful to a healthy person if taken according to recommended doses. Not so cheap but definatley worth it. Although most all those things will work, more or less everyone's "mileage will vary," and many will loose their potency with time as your body adjusts (unless you cycle), I suspect the working out/cardio pumped up your T level producing a more satisfying orgasm. Of course, they say anyone can get hypnotised to do something that does not make them do something they would ordinarly object to so telling your mind that your orgasms actually feels better than it does can't hurt!

Ok I don`t know if this can help you, but it works perfectly for me.
One of my colleagues at the office at the lunch was always eating yogurt, so we ask him why the only thing he eats was yogurt. Well he tell us that he was treated with chemioteraphy and the production of sperm was very low. So the doctor tells him to eat yogurt to increase sperm amount. And he did it! Now he is a father of a beautiful child.

Well my colleagues lough because the explanation but i needed to try it. Well let me tell you that for me it works perfectly!!! Double or triple the ammount!!! obviously not if you rub yourself twice a day. Give it a week. Now i am trying with ZINC to.

Your body is pretty much a zero sum game- a gain in one place means a loss in another. Every system is so intertwined, taking any sort of supplement (drug) would probably really mess something else up (especially where your reproductive tract is involved). Think of your biochemistry like a complex mechanical clock- if you change the way the one gear moves, the other gears will be affected, and all the hands will move differently.

That said, one of the first things your body does when you're having health issues is shut off semen production. It probably makes for healthier offspring- sick stinkapes don't reproduce.

Your max production is probably around 2 tsp a shot. Next to keeping your brain fed, making sperm is the most taxing thing your body does. A lot of people eat low quality fruits and vegetables, so taking micronutrient supplements might help with the nutritious diet issue. (Re: Zn comment)


So my guess is that the standard 'stay healthy' mantra would put your semen production at its maximum:
  • drink 4-8 glasses of water a day
  • eat a nutrious diet
  • get enough sleep
  • exercise regularily
  • drink less than five servings of alcohol a month
  • stay away from other recreational drugs, including caffeine & tobacco
If you have recently had a health issue that's affected semen production, it'll take around ninety days for it to recover.

P.S. Movies are fantasy- you shouldn't expect to be able to reproduce Peter North's exploits any more than you'd be able to take a train to Hogwarts. Although I do have to admit, all the women I know have screaming orgasms just like Teri Weigel when I just touch them. :)

Sperm count has almost no effect on the volume of seminal fluid. The volume increase you noticed is most likely due to jerking off less frequently

I think I read somewhere that Zinc has been said to increase the amount of seminal fluid you produce.

I've heard this also. If you eat large quantities of vegetables with high zinc content--broccoli for instance--you may be able to produce more semen. However, I don't think you'll experience a significant increase. The average male produces about 2ml (1/2 teaspoon) of semen in each ejaculation.

As someone who regularly ejaculates significantly more than a half teaspoon, I think some of the biggest factors (after genetics) are healthy diet, regular exercise, adequate sleep, normal hydration, avoidance of heavy drug/alcohol use (total abstention not necessary). I think these things will help out much more than any pill or supplement.

I notice that, generally, loads are bigger when I am mindful of the factors I listed above.

Of course, it also really matters how turned on you get. If I'm just kind of "meh", it might just be a fairly average-ish load. But if I'm really turned on, get out the umbrellas.

I would say you're blessed with some excellent genetics. I also agree that proper sleep, diet/exercise and general healthy habits will help with ejaculate volume.

I get everything but a good night's sound sleep. I am going to try the time-released melatonin. Stress is a huge cum DE-creaser. Since I have been unemployed my loads are significantly less. Prior to that I could easily match and even slightly do better than you (see ID :rolleyes:) and as you can see from my pix, it shot out a great distance as well. But seriously, it has really dropped off since I was laid off but so has my libido as well. I have found too that the biggest loads cum with the biggest turn-ons and with edging if you are alone and I mean all day edging. Some of porn stars' docs get them to Rx Clomid or other female fertility drugs that *do* increase cum but, long term, also requires other drugs to counteract the side effects.

However, as far as Zinc is concerned, I think you are making the common mistake of confusing sperm health and production with cum production. Sperm make up an extremely small amount of your cum. Most of it is made in the seminal vesicles and about 30% in the prostate gland.

I found an herbal pill that actually works...it's called Semenax.

I was skeptical on using it at first (because it is kinda pricey).

I started using it and starting noticing effects about 7-10 days after beginning the product.
