Most cut cocks are a mess. The scarring, suture holes, adhesions, hair on the shaft, scrotum pulled up on the shaft, tightness, it just goes on and on. So intact for me always. I'm a cut American btw. So, I have to live with these problems and feel entitled to have an opinion on them. Intact on the other hand just works better. I'm in the US too, but I can't find a cut guy anywhere to save my life... They've become unicorns around my area (Boston). Don't know what happened. In the 90s, everyone was cut. Didn't encounter an uncut dick for a long time. Prefer cut though. To me, cleaner, cuter, and I'm more familiar with them since I'm cut.
