I think this is confirmation they are dating. I feel now looking back, the fact they live together should have been been the key point.

It was never actually confirmed that they were, people assumed they lived together. Though on their individual streams earlier they did confirm both that they are a couple, and then saige made a quick appearence in his stream. They both say that not much is going to change, they are private people so the only real change will be them not hiding the fact that they are going to events together and things like that.
On another note damien mentioned that he might be doing more cosplay going forward, I feel like maybe she has been part of making him realise he enjoys doing cosplay
I'm happy for them anyway, but if her influence leads to us getting him looking hot in various costumes etc them that's a wonderful bonus.

They were also living with another one of saige's friend so I just assumed, then, that it's a housemates situation considering rent in LA is really expensive.

Because they were both intensely uncomfortable with people pryig and were worried if they posted a photo at just the wrong angle someone might see the other in the background. So both commented last night that they hope being open about it will stop the prying.
