I don't remember Damien claiming to be anything more than (presumably heterosexual/heteromantic) demisexual. Courtney is the one who seems to be adding a lot of queer identity labels on to themself.

What Damien has been doing is a lot of personal style changes (Spencer saying he discovered Halloween at age 31 killed me) and being more open about a lot of mental health and neurodivergent stuff.
