Don't think so, it's more him knowing his audience since he seems to intentionally show them off and not shave themselves purposely
I’ve long thought if he actually had one, you’d see vids of him getting them licked (or him licking his own / other guys pits), but this is seemingly more rare than finding a democrat in Appalachia.
