My uncle owned a restaurant and bar and said he would NEVER again. Was constant stress and financial shit of every tiny ingredient or paycheck or whatever. It was an awesome place but he said farming was less stressful work!

He must come from MONEY because that kitchen and bathroom are almost the size of my whole 2-bedroom apartment and probably worth my entire building. I'm working with water-damaged plywood I can't get landlord to replace and it was ruined before I moved in--garbage disposal broke and they removed it but kept the wall switch, blackened plywood, and mold-spotted wall under sink. Plus, he said his keyboard was $10,000 or something.
