I've noticed that since quarantine started he's gone through a change in hair style, letting it fall more on his face than the kind of upward swoop he used to do, and I think it has made him vastly more attractive.

Becasue I never see the head in any of these pics. Also mexican-americans don’t circumcise as much much as other groups.
it's only his paternal grandpa that's mexican. that's enough "distance" to not have ethnicity have a say in the situation, seeing as he's only 1/4 mexican, he was basically brought up like any other white american. so the likelihood of him being uncut just because his grandpa is mexican isn't that high
But usually a guy is circumcised based on whether his father was circumcised
and because it's pretty common for immigrant parents to try and assimilate their kids into the american lifestyle, and considering danny's grandma is white, there's a higher likelihood danny's dad is also circumcised.
a lot of latinos in the u.s don't even speak spanish because their parents didn't want them speaking broken english or have an accent, so they never taught them spanish for the sake of assimilation. latin america doesn't practice circumcision by norm, but latinos in america will be circumcised because their parents were immigrants and did what was normal for americans to do because they wanted to fit in as much as possible.
and he's also from illinois, which is somewhat in the bible belt, so a somewhat bible thumping state

danny wouldn't be considered hispanic. dude's literally the definition of the word white. his dad might be put into the hispanic category if there's no mixed category, but danny's just white
I mean, hispanic is an ethnicity, not a race. You can very much be hispanic and white (see: Shakira, most Argentinians, etc.)

Danny Gonzalez has mentioned that he doesn’t consider himself to be Latino. He may be nominally Hispanic due to paternal grandpa but definitely not brought up in the culture.
