It’s definitely possible. It doesn’t matter if it’s unintentional. The prosecutor would have to prove that he either recklessly or negligently did it. All they have to say is, assuming we’re talking criminal court, “beyond a reasonable doubt, IShowSpeed should have known that thrusting in such fashion, without underwear on, in front of his audience who he knows to be underage as he advertises as such, with pants beholding no zipper/button, could result in an incident such as that.” And if he is targeting a younger audience, all the sexual stuff he does will also be used against him.
But I see a lawsuit from the streaming company more possible in this scenario than criminal charges.

He's not going to face charges or be sued. People have done far worse on Youtube, Twitch, etc, and have not been sued or charged. Not to mention US prosecutors can't be bothered to charge repeat violent criminals, so he's fine.
Anyway, I hope he takes this as well as possible, because even mainstream media are covering the story. I imagine it's somewhat awkward having major news orgs post about your dick and then having to deal with family and irl friends...
