Has he actually purposefully scammed anyone? Or has he just been really flaky with putting new content on his OF? I see him as more negligent than malicious.

I think if someone is paying monthly to see your ass you must post frequently. Otherwise you would be scamming them. You may not think he's malicious, but the money hoes to his account every month. It's hard to say that he forgot he had an OF.

You're acting like you have no agency in the matter. Honestly, if someone isn't delivering, I hit that unsubscribe button. I don't see why you would stay subscribed if someone isn't posting. "A fool and his money are soon parted...." At that point, it's more like you're scamming yourself if you're not getting the new content you want.

BTW, OF tells you if there's new posts since you last subscribed. I haven't subscribed to him since the spring, and it tells me there's only been *one* new post since I unsubscribed. There's no way I'd give him money again unless he actually commits.

I'm not trying to defend his flakiness (he really should update his OF bio about updating multiple times per week since it's pretty dishonest at this point), but there's also no way I'd stay subscribed for more than 1 month if someone starts to neglect updates.

If you're new, getting 50+ posts for $10 ain't bad. If you want to see him nude you're going to get exactly what you pay for. Then they can save all his content and unsubscribe, and they still got to see what they wanted for ten bucks. I don't really see the issue.
