He made a post on his OF confirming what I've suspected: he wants a serious modeling career and doesn't want to do anything more than softcore because he's afraid it'll damage his career. Everything he's posted on OF so far are casual nude shots, shower videos, exercising, etc. His post said his agency does not allow its models to have OnlyFans. He's been talking about "exclusive videos" (which I'm guessing would just be a jerk-off vid), but he rarely ever posts, so I'm not holding my breath. My subscription is about up and I'm not going to pay $16 again for something that's probably going to be deleted by February.
