I also just think they had big differences of opinions on their approaches when they were both working for March for Our Lives - Kasky is alot more cynical and openly hostile to the media and politicians I think Hogg prefers to play along with them for the most part

No, David has said that he is straight, and he now has a girlfriend. Cameron Kasky came out as queer recently, and X Gonzalez (who went by the name of Emma at the time of the attacks) was out as bi at the time and now uses "they/them" pronouns.

He hasn't disclosed her name. Another student at Harvard, I believe, but not an activist or anyone in the limelight. I believe a reporter interviewed her as part of a story about David, but did not disclose her name. Dating someone in the public eye has got to be a bit daunting, especially someone who routinely gets death threats.
