He's constantly making flirtatious comments about guys. There's no law that says he can do the same to women but I've never seen it.

We went to high school together and were in the same grade. It’s his personality type. He doesn’t give a fuck about things coming off gay or straight. He dated a friend of mine for almost a year and she said that people always thought he was gay but he’s not.
