You'd need to start saving your pennies because it's commonly believed that he's on the juice in the bodybuilding community. That's not achievable without chemical/hormonal assistance and potentially jeopardizing a person's long term health
His body will probably go down as one of the most iconic physiques for generations.
However, his substance use at such a young age has clearly wrecked him physically, aesthetically, and I would argue mentally.
If that’s the case then, for him, whatever long term side effects he suffers will be worth it.
I do think he takes anabolic steroids, but he used to imply that he was natural.
