The last sentence is what strikes me, "women wonder why men cheat all the time." I'm sorry, do you think cheating doesn't happen in those "other nations [where women] don't even show their ankles or face." People cheat because they want to cheat. You can put a drug addict in a BFE location where they can't get drugs and they can become clean. However, that same former drug addict moves back to a location where getting drugs is relatively easy, there's a good chance they'll go back to doing drugs. Why? Because the problem hasn't been treated, just the availability. Some men and women will cheat for the sake of cheating.
But again, this is a guy who sent nudes to someone who I assume wasn't his wife (pretty much confirmed once and suspected of twice). I feel like someone needs to reread John 8 or Matthew 7 and ponder about what Jesus said in those passages.
