I never heard that term dazzle shorts before. We just called them basketball shorts... Adidas being the kinda go-to brand.

Technically, the dazzle shorts are only the ones made from a thin, EXTREMELY shiny silky fabric. Most of them were running short length, and are almost impossible to find in the US anymore.
